For eligible travel industry staff only — verification required
Interline travel, handled.
You qualify for the rates. We do the work.
We book the rates you're entitled to. We don't sell rates to the public.
How it works
Three steps. Then you pack.
-
01
Verify once
Show your airline ID or employment letter a single time. We keep it on file — never asked again.
-
02
Tell us where
Cruise or hotel, dates, who's traveling. One form, two minutes, from the gate or the couch.
-
03
We book it
We confirm the exact rate with you before anything is ticketed, then handle the paperwork.
Who qualifies
If you work in travel, you probably do.
Eligibility follows the cruise lines' own interline rules. Tap a group for the detail.
Current full-time staff of commercial passenger airlines (charter excluded), plus cargo carriers — FedEx, UPS, DHL. Retirees sail too: one stateroom, retiree travels in the cabin.
Air traffic controllers (NACTA), FAA staff, and ALPA pilots. GDS/CRS staff at Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport and Galileo count as well.
Credentialed agents — company ID, a letter on company letterhead, or an IATA card. Yes, the people who sell travel get the staff rates too.
Where one eligible traveler occupies the cabin, family cabins sail at the interline rate under each line's own rules — we confirm the exact allowance when we quote.
Fees
Simple pricing. Proposed launch rates.
Interline rates themselves are set by the suppliers and paid to them directly — our fee covers the concierge work: verification, search, booking, changes.
FAQ
Asked at 35,000 feet.
Send a photo of your airline ID or an employment letter on company letterhead once. We verify before the first booking and keep it on file — the cruise lines require proof at payment, and we handle that exchange.
Interline rates are for eligible travelers only — that's the suppliers' rule, not ours, and misrepresenting eligibility ends the arrangement. We can still quote your friends public rates through Fluent Travel.
Yes — interline rates move daily. We confirm the exact rate with you before anything is booked, and nothing is ticketed without your go-ahead.
We reply within one business day. Most bookings are confirmed within 48 hours of your go-ahead.
Unlimited booking requests for 12 months — cruises and hotels, for you and eligible family. You still pay the supplier for the travel itself; the retainer covers our work.
